Assalamualaikum wa rahmatullahi wabarakatuhu
I have excessive hair growth on my face and lately it has started to become thicker and more prominent. So, I am planning to get it removed by laser treatment.I would like to know the permissibility for getting it done.
If it is not allowed, are there other alternative solutions that I can go for?

When it comes to removing facial hair the following rules will apply:
If the hair growth is abnormal then it would be permissible to remove the hair. This would include hair which grows in the beard and moustache area for a woman and also hair which grows on the cheek for men and women.
