Question
I am not able to type here so I have sent two photos with the question in it
Answer
The kaffarah (penalty) for breaking an oath is to either feed ten poor people a morning and evening meal, or feed one person for ten days, or provide clothing for ten poor people. The clothing has to cover enough of the body that their salat would be valid if they only wore that clothing. Only in the event where one is unable to pay for this will they be permitted to fast for three consecutive days as their penalty.
In your case if you do not have sufficient funds to be able to pay for feeding or clothing then you will be permitted to fast. You do not need to ask your parents for money to pay the penalty.
