Answer

In the name of Allah, the Inspirer of truth

Unfortunately, we are not in a place to give medical advice regarding endometriosis. We sympathise with your situation and would like to take this opportunity to ask you not to lose hope. Children are a blessing from Allah which He grants to those whoever He wishes. Endometriosis is not the end of the road and there are numerous cases of women who suffer from this condition but have still been able to have children. We understand the cysts can re-grow after surgery – you may wish to explore other homeopathic and natural remedies to help manage the endometriosis. We encourage you to continue to supplicate for healing from this condition and to make prayers for a righteous spouse and pious and healthy children.

Regarding having a breast reduction surgery, generally all types of cosmetic surgeries which cause a permanent change to your body are prohibited in Islam. There are exceptions made for life threatening conditions or where there is a genuine medical need. Similarly, there is precedence in Fiqh texts for dispensation when a permanent change is made to remove what is deemed an abnormality.  In order to determine whether there is scope for exemption in your situation, an experienced Muslim doctor should be consulted for medical advice. If they agree with the recommendation and substantiate the need for surgery, in your specific situation the surgery may be allowed.

And Allah knows best.
