Question

I had surgery after which I do not have erection and no semen (no ejaculation) but feel the sensation of orgasm when simulated. Do I need to take a bath in this case?

Answer

A ritual bath (ghusl) is only required if semen exits the body. If an orgasm is experienced without semen exiting the body a ritual bath will not be necessary.
